This wont work on my pentium 3 system. I use a DELL optiplex GX1 (love it!) as my gateway/bridge and it has a p3 1.1GHZ and It wont show temp...
anyone know an app that runs on older machines? I mean I used to have apps that ran on my AMD 486, why wouldnt there be one for a p3?Mick Wed 23 Jun 2010 14:12:40 |
It is not always a software thing. The motherboard has to have temperature sensors built-in and not all do -- especially the older ones.
One way you might be able to verify is if you boot up into the bios setup and see if it reports temperature anywhere.Brad Wed 23 Jun 2010 19:52:10 |
